We were visiting our son at Pitt and our daughter got food poisoning and got sick in our car. Carl came to our hotel on a Fri night at 8p, with just 45 min notice, and cleaned the car so we could drive home four hours to VA the next day. He was kind, thorough, timely, and knowledgeable. THANK YOU!

Jamal was my technician and he did an outstanding job. Our 16 year old car was never detailed. When Jamal was finished the interior and exterior was fabulous. I paid Over $200 for a service I did not receive. This is more unacceptable because my car was already washed and clean on the outside two days before my appointment. A $30 gift card is not enough to cover the lack of cleaning, seats were not shampoo and half cleaned, the console and doors were clearly left unattended, and flooring was not done at all in the back, my car wasn’t even cleaned for shine or tires cleaned properly ! Speaking to management is a joke.Services: Full body wash

This service is awesome! I have literally not fully cleaned my car out since having my first son... Who is now 3.5 years old. Soooooo, so my is gross. I claim that. My husband is MUCH cleaner than me and has had this service once before and loved it. I never got it together enough to actually clear out my car before I could get it clean. After an hour of clearing it out (I know, there was a lot of crap in there), I was READY for the cleaning! They notified us when they were on their way and took almost 3 hours cleaning both our cars! The cars look great! I have never seen my car so clean, honestly. They were both very nice and thorough too. I saw them taking before and after pictures, which I'm sure is for insurance purposes too. I just like that they're responsible. We had both the inside and outside cleaned for $120, which I think is totally fair. I will most definitely user them again and am happy to have used their services!

Very nice guy however, my scheduled detail time was at 9am and he did not show until 10am which interfered with an eye appointment that I had scheduled later that morning. Both employees were professional and informative about the detail process. However, even though I mentioned very specific expectations on the body and wheels of my vehicle he was not able to deliver. The wheels and body had old brake dust and over spray white on them. The detailer was not able to correct these issues. I believe it was a lack of technology specific chemical products. Long story short Later that day I purchased a kit to attach to a drill and some polishing compound which solved my issues...

Those guys are awesome! My first time using Major Mobile Detailing. They took their time and made sure every corner and crevice was cleaned in my mini van. When I went to pick it up it was like it was new! The price was reasonable! I will definitely be using their service again! Thank You Majors Mobile Detailing!!!!

The man I spoke to on the phone was so nice. They checked if there was a possibility of working in my garage because it would rain. Fortunately, it didn't rain and they came at the scheduled time. They were very friendly. The main reason that I hired them was to clean the upholstery since there were some light stains here and there but I didn't feel very satisfied about this job. However the rest of the car like carpet, window, the truck was very good.
