2 days ago I went in and bought a gold bracelet for 420 dollars they were very very good to me with the price I was very happy. I got home and it doesn't fit the way I like it and the clasp in not real gold I found out. Today I am going there in hopes of a return for full amount. So far the whole process went well but the last 10 percent is usually all that matters. Hopefully later on I will have a good review saying I got my money back. I wouldn't ask but it's under a week the clasp ain't gold and they was closing and kinda was in a rush I'm not complaining I shouldve looked better but I was rushed a little hopefully they're down to earth people and pay memy money back

This place is a scam, I went in a while back to look into buying a used saxophone, the guy brings out an old mildewed sax with cheap plastic replacement parts and broken keys. He said it was from a “great brand” which was in fact some no name brand and he tried to sell it to me for over 60% more than it was going for online in much better condition. This place is worthless and I have no clue how it stays open.

Never do business with these people. These people are thieves and should not be in business. If you pawn any jewelry, you should expect them to steal the stones from the jewelry and replace them with fake or lower quality stones. These people are evil.

I had an emergency and had to pawn my wedding ring there for 2 weeks and when I got it back, I found that they had stolen the main stone out of the ring and replaced it with a cheap stone. They refused to talk to me about it. These people are crooks...evil. Never do business with them.

Terrible..... I went to this pawn shop a while ago to purchase a guitar amp and it broke down on me by the time I went home. This company has a tendency of selling musical instruments that don't work with boot leg hardware and parts that come from other instruments... You're better off buying something on eBay than dealing with these low life morons.

Jeff was a total pro, no time wasted. Eric thorough and courteous. Would have liked a little more dough, but cost me less to reclaim, so it worked out. Thanks to Main Loan for helping a traveling musician hang on to the next payday.

I took a ps4 down to them when ps4 were still selling at $300. The guy there tried to low ball me to a $100 like idk what I have, when I thought his offer was low I decided to leave he then stopped me and offered $150 for the console. These guys try and jew you down to nothing.
