My wife and I have had two wonderful experiences with Macy's Furniture in the past few months and our excellent sales associate, Marty Johnson. Macy's selection was plentiful and the display made it easy to "see" the items in our home. We bought a leather chair and sofa for our living room and liked them so much that a few months later we got the same sofa in a different color along with a power recliner for our family room. We didn't have to wait long and Marty was so personable and thorough each time, making sure we got the best price and best delivery, and checking in with us after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Marty Johnson and Macy's furniture!

DO NOT SHOP AT MACY'S FURNITURE - DELAYS IN DELIVERIES OF 9+ MONTHSWe ordered a couch from this store for our living room and it has been delayed month over month for 9 months. We ordered the couch in December 2021 and we still have no idea when it will be delivered!We've been unable to plan events or entertain friends and family at our house and we're beginning to lose all faith that our order will be delivered by the dates stated in the automated delay notices that we continue to receive each month.Macy's Customer Service has been no help. We understand that delays come from the manufacturer and that Macy's is not directly responsible for the delays in the supply chain; however, this is Macy's vendor that Macy's chooses to do business with and Macy's is doing nothing to help their customers.This experience with Macy's has been unacceptable and nothing short of disappointing to this point. We could not recommend anyone to shop at Macy's Furniture in fear that they would have a similar customer experience similar to ours.

Received new furniture with damage. Reached out and Macys sent someone out to look at concerns. Guy tried to fix and made damage worth. Took photos and said he'd report to Macys and get replaced. It's almost a year and we've been ignored since the day he was here. If you choose buy here do t accept any damaged furniture and inspect everything in detail before the delivery guys leave. Better yet shop somewhere else. Once Macys has your money they stop caring about service. I'm only giving 1 star because you can't give less.

The two gentlemen delivered the furniture promptly & did a great job removing the debris & setting up of the furniture & they were very kind & respectful. Great job gentleman.

Go buy your furniture somewhere else. They are constantly pushing back delivery dates and the first time they brought it they only brought 1 piece and it was broken!
