Power recliner was making noise, they send tech as we have warranty, they ordered part, tech comes takes it apart only to find part is wrong, puts it back together, they order complete new section, is delivered on to find he reassembly incorrectly and it has been gouging the hardwood floor! U.S.Quality Furniture Services ( the company they sent) stays \\\" not our problem\\\". Store doesn't answer phone and all calls to Macy's go to 3rd world country!! Peice they just delivered has chip in the wooden leg. Stay away from this company. Update. Macy's made adjustment for damaged flooring.

Bought a mattress, delivery arrived with wrong box spring size (wrong frame size and wrong height). No call back from Macy’s, tried calling the furniture center where we bought it and no answer, not even a voicemail box. Returning it for a refund and buying from the Original Mattress Factory, better list prices and faster delivery.

Purchased a couch back in September. It was my first and will be my last purchase from Macys furniture. Was told it will arrive at the warehouse and to expect delivery around November 9th. Thrilled to hear that as most other furniture stores were quoting delivery to be well into January and I was hoping to have something before the holidays. Literally the next day got an update that it would be in around Christmas time now. Then today I was told it won't be in until the end of February. I contacted customer support and they said there was nothing they could do and they were totally rude to me. Would not suggest anyone to go here ever.

The real reason I award this Macy's such high marks for this location is due to one person, the manager who singlehandedly fixed multiple customer issues I encountered on that faithful day and even beyond that day: 1) skeleton crew working that day he came out to cover 2) piss poor service by an employee, which he also handled superbly 3) late hour I arrived at store but he did not rush me out the door but instead took the time to finish the transaction right 4) fixed discrepancy and personally shipped my item when wrong 5) great attitude and work ethic 6) took initative to correct problem vs. that other "lazy" manager If it was not for him, I never would come back again and Macy's would have lost out on several significant revenue purchases. His name was Zach but not sure of his last name. Someone please give him a raise or a bonus!

I will never,. ever, ever, ever buy another piece of furniture from Macy's again, and that means for the rest of my life, even I live to 110. I purchased a recliner in January. We were told it would be delivered in late March or early April. Then it was early May. Then late May. Now, I'm told it will be mid to late June. At one point I was told the recliner was at a warehouse in Chicago, now they say it's not there. They are very helpful when you want to buy, but when it comes to delivering, they are the worst.p.s. I would give Zero stars, but the reviews won't allow you to post without giving them at least one. Hilarious.

Daryl in Men's wear was phenomenal helping us! My fiancé and I had no clue where to start regarding his suit for our wedding. Daryl helped us start to finish and was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Purchased a bedroom set. It arrived damaged and was not assembled correctly. The delivery crew also damaged my walls. We returned everything and bought elsewhere.

Fourth of July weekend they have a sale we need a recliner sounds perfect! No one greeted us at the door, so we had to meander around the store trying to find what we were looking for. Couldn't find anyone that worked there, maybe they couldn't see how rich we were behind our masks? Didn't see anything we liked so we left.

It is not a top end furniture store, but you have many middle of the road choices. Nothing with wow factor. There is no attempt to sell a concept, but rather a warehouse style. I thought it used to be much better....

I like the store set up there marketing is really good it the only time I go is to buy cloths for friends on there birthday because they don't really have that good of a big n tall section. They have really good customer service and sometimes I find really good bargains
