A friend and I made an appointment to have our makeup done for a wedding and could not have had a better experience. Quinn was amazing! She did a beautiful job, she was quick, and a ton of fun to chat with!

My makeup obsessed girlfriend and I came in to look at products and the girls at the Mac counter accused her of stealing makeup. They checked her belongings and her to see what she “stole” and turns out she had nothing and was just a honest customer looking at makeup. We will only be shopping online for this reason and we will not be purchasing Mac products any longer.

Their great at helping you find what you want. And actually have more in stock than you'd think for a MAC inside a Macy's. Only issue is that you can't return orders you made online to them which is a major inconvenience. I was gifted a gift card and by someone who was told it could be used at a MAC counter inside a Macy's only to find out when I'm in store and checking out that I can't use it. It's ridiculous and changes should be made. Especially when you cane to the mall specifically for those two things and had to walk away empty handed. Thanks...

Such a hidden gem. Other chain Mac stores are so busy but this place you always can get the treatment right away. There is always a well trained artist every time I go. There is always something new and the employees are always dressed nicely and well made up. I love that it's inside the mall.

While I'm not a heavy makeup user, I like the stuff that enhances features versus hides them. MAC has many colorful options and some very creative makeup artists. I scheduled a full face makeup session same day. The deal is they do your makeup application at no charge and when finished, you choose $50 in products. If you've ever had a pro makeup application, it's fun but all you have is your face when you walk out the door. Lol So, I think this is a pretty good deal. When I arrived, Danielle greeted me and told me to have a seat. She came over and did a consultation and I truly felt like she took the information I gave her which resulted in a soft, natural glow. They do lashes too! Some browns, mixed with a smokey eye and a pink glossy lip completed my look for a very special Christmas party. I loved it! If you visit, ask for Danielle....she's awesome.
