There was delay on my order. then again I have had gift cards to the store for over two years. I was renovating a doll house from scratch and really had no idea what to do with it.The assistant manager called me and guided me through every little that I needed. You knew I was donating a Dollhouse. She actually checked her own garage for trim pieces for me and send them without charge. Not only that but by the time the order came they gave me LED lights that I had ordered for free.Debbie and her girls are so veryKind. This kind of hobby is the kind that no one understands. Due to these women I was able to finish and to donate a doll house to kids who would never have had such a toy. .. In time for Christmas. Eternally grateful and I will be back. I haven’t had such dedicated customer service in my life

As all the other posts indicated, the store is well provisioned with miniature supplies, some pre-built dollhouses, and a few kits. You will probably find a limitless amount of objects to purchase and great inspiration. Staff is most knowledgeable.
