  I took my siamese cat and they wouldn't do a vaccination because they say she has a mass on tongue. I understand they want help but try diagnose her with a tumor or mass. I really not sure if they are qualified to diagnose and if it's a real vet

  I have had two experiences with this company and was very disappointed both times. The staff that I had to deal with were disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. It was a big mistake to go back a second time but I thought after the complaints I made the first time that the service would have improved. Unbelievably it has gotten much worse. You are better off spending more money and having a terrible experience for you and your pet.
