Everything regarding my experience with my new fridge was a complete joke.. Owner of the store experience was horrible and denied my claim of delivery service that damaged my home saying I should of said something while delivering my fridge.. asked delivery men multiple times don’t push it back and here after they left I had to pull it back out and then I saw the missing counter damage because u didn’t see the damage until u pulled the fridge out and then counter chunk hidden under the fridge along with the water even tho the water to my old fridge was off should of said something to me.. delivery men damaged my fridge every way possible striped screws that can’t be removed not aligned and couldn’t even remove the plastic before putting the handle on..I will no longer shop at that store..the manager was great to deal getting me a new fridge ordered.. and delivery service was going to pick up the fridge and leave me with nothing but once I talked to the manager he straightened it out about my fridge issues.. definitely better customer service compared to the incompetent owner

After 3 attempts at getting a refrigerator I am still unsuccessful. I was lied to and ripped off by delivery men stating they need to be paid to move old refrigerator to next room only to have the delivered fridge not fit. Delivery man also commented inappropriately and unprofessionally that he thought I was "cute". Second attempt ...truck never showed. (Second out of 3 workdays missed for nothing). Third attempt refrigerator fit but door would not open and water not functioning when delivery left. (Also there is a significant dent in the upper freezer door so even if it functioned it would have had to go back.) They stated that they could not take the fridge back that I would have to call the store. Upon calling store I was lied and condescended to by Vic/customer service and was told every single manager in the store was in a meeting and I would have to call the warehouse myself. I called back got a different customer service rep and was speaking to Mark the appliance manager within seconds and when questioned he stated that there was no manager meeting. I told him to just have this refrigerator picked up, I will be canceling the credit line I opened up and will not be giving them a fourth opportunity for my business. My experience with Lowes has been a nightmare. I normally choose not to leave negative reviews but I never want anyone else to go through the nightmare I have had with Lowes and what should be a simple process of purchasing an appliance.

Disappointed by this location. Was like pulling teeth to be greeted by the appliance guy. Guess we didn’t show up looking like money so we were avoided.
Finally was able to purchase the dishwasher we came in for, and we have now been waiting over 40 minutes for them to bring it to the loading zone. We checked with customer service and the dumbfounded looks told us that nothing had been initiated to start our dishwasher to be brought to the front of the store.
Frustrating.

Often find that they discontinue replacement parts far earlier than Home Depot or even Ace.

Curbside pickup here is a joke. We waited 15min in the car and heard nothing. So I gave up on the curbside pickup and walked in to the customer service desk. At the customer service desk, I was informed the "fulfillment guy probably went on lunch break and didn't tell anyone." I ordered two items, a patio umbrella and the sand to fill the base with. After 20min standing in the customer service area, they brought the umbrella to me. After another 15min, they brought the sand to me (which if I had known it would take that long, I would've gladly just gone to pick up the sand myself!). The whole experience was 50min from start to finish.
No one was communicating to me what was going on. No one apologized for how unorganized the whole thing was. Oh, but the customer service desk rep did take the time to try and sign me up for a Lowe's credit card.... which felt totally inappropriate given the circumstances. I will never use curbside pickup again and the experience has me questioning whether I will even shop at Lowe's again.

I found everything I needed. However, the service was horrible. The young kids they have working there just really don't care. And they just want you out of their face. Four of their workers told me that they do not have a specific item I was looking for. They all told me to go to home depot. Which is hilarious they were sending me to their biggest competitor. I kept telling them when I Google this item it tells me to go to Lowe's it does not have anything about Home Depot written down. And I called Home Depot and they don't have it. Lowe's carries it. They all told me no no. So after 30 minutes of investigation. I find out that Lowe's actually does carry it and I found it myself and bought it. With zero help from the teenagers that they had working there.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff great place for most all Home Improvement. Also great for getting new plants and seeds. It's also a great place to take your dog for a walk when it's too cold outside LOL.
