I’ve spoke to both Aleo and Lacey at the Ross park mall LoveSac location. They were super informative and helpful! Aleo walked me through how to put together the configuration of the sectional. Lacey was instrumental in explaining my order and putting in a ticket about my partial order! I can’t rave enough about the helpfulness of the both of them! Also the sectional is wonderful and awesome!

Love sac was a great experience the staff was amazing and so helpful. They were a little busy when we got there and Shane greeted us and said he’s be right with us. Laci the manager was great too!! Just all around great experience!! I highly recommend love sac

Friendly staff! No pressure sales! I bought a 5 piece in taupe padded velvet about 18 months ago. I've already moved twice and it's still like brand new! Being a sectional, it was very easy to move by myself in my own SUV and also great for adapting to the new apartment's layout. I recently adopted two cats and despite their very sharp nails and lots of fur, I'm not seeing any scratches or fur on the Lovesac (everywhere else...yes). They LOVE sleeping on it! I'll definitely be expanding the couch with more pieces, especially so there's room for me to sit.

The Lovesac team at Ross Park mall is top tier. Everyone working there is professional, well trained, and friendly. They answered all of my questions and made my experience personal. I felt comfortable leaving the showroom knowing I would be taken care of in the future if I had any issues or further questions about my purchase.

The store associates at this location were so helpful and had answers to every question we had. The couch is very durable, the fabric is high quality, and it is beyond comfortable. When they quoted us 1-2 weeks shipping we were very excited and then it came in 3 days! Highly recommend

Ordering some new things to expand my couch. The employees are always so very helpful and friendly and patient. They always make the process of needing to special order items seamless. I hope to have more space to expand further in the future.
