My husband recently purchased us a pair of Rolex watches to commemorate the birth of our second child, and both of us cannot say enough good things about Louis Anthony! Every time we walk in, we are treated to an experience that feels truly premium in every way. The recently refreshed showroom is incredible - especially the new bar area!We are convinced that this is by far the best jewerly store in Pittsburgh, and they also certainly have the best staff! We have been working with Heather for our purchases for almost a year (including another Rolex last summer), and she is absolutely fantastic! She truly cares about getting her clients exactly what they're looking for. My watch was a complete surprise, and my husband said that Heather was incredibly helpful at making recommendations on what she thought I would like... and the one that my husband ended up purchasing turned out to be a PERFECT choice!We both enthuisastically recommend Louis Anthony (and Heather!) and we can't wait to make more purchases with them in the near future!!

Louis Anthony’s Jewelers is the best in Pittsburgh. They have an unbelievable inventory of beautiful jewelry pieces and can also have your one of a kind treasure made for a valuable keepsake. Louis, Andrea, Louis Jr. and the entire staff are so friendly and knowledgable. Beautiful, remodeled showroom with a no pressure sale environment. You will be very pleased.

this was our first time shopping here. it was amazing. We found just want we were looking for and Andrea was wonderful. She helped us narrow things down and was willing to do what she could to help us find the perfect 40th birthday gift for our daughter. While looking around, we were amazed by the large selection to choose from and there was every price range.

My experience was fantastic, I had been thinking about getting a Rolex for many years. Maybe my retirement in the spring 2024 would be the right time. In July 2023 I decided that I would look at them and met with Heather Gorman to view several models in person. They were all very nice and Heather took the time to explain the differences between some of them. I got my name on the list with a couple preferred models but knew I would have to wait— they are desirable and not mass produced. Well in March 2024 I heard from Heather that a GMT Master II ( my favorite) came in and “had my name on it”. Well I was thrilled. I had just given notice that I was retiring in April. What a perfect time to get the watch I always wanted. I picked it up and met with Heather and got a congratulations from the owner Veronica. Great place.
