We've worked with Lillian multiple times now and our experience has been wonderful every single time. She won't pressurize you into making a decision and lets you take the time to think about what you really want from a house. She will also share contacts of the handymen, house inspectors, mortgage providers, etc,. if you are in need of one, in some cases even many years after the purchase. She'll answer all your questions promptly.I highly recommend working with her, no matter if you are a first time home buyer or an experienced one. We've worked with her for over 5 years now on multiple purchases and have been highly satisfied.

Lillian helped us find the home we were looking for! While the market has been really hot, Lillian has not only been extremely responsive and available, she helped us look at as many properties as we wanted. In the end, we felt great about the final decision. She really took the time to listen to our needs and what we wanted in a house.We learned so much from Lillian’s knowledge of houses, real estate, and the entire home buying process. And we also loved that she was candid about what’s normal and not for homes in the area. She has a great team of people and recommendation for anything you need: inspections, lending, titling services, and contractors. Each one we’ve used have also been great to work with.Lillian always made sure we were comfortable with and understood the entire process. That includes working with our budget, making offers, setting contingencies, warning us of any repairs, negotiating with the seller, all the way to closing on the house. We can’t imagine ever buying a house without Lillian and will work with her every time given the chance.

If you're buying a home for the first time, you will rely a lot on the experience and wisdom of others. Lillian was recommended by a friend who bought her first home last year and I was really pleased with how things turned out. Lillian is very knowledgeable about the process, was super responsive and reasonable, and helped us get what we wanted. I had a lot of seemingly silly questions and she answered them all without judgment. She will point out things about a potential house that you may not notice as a first time homebuyer (especially if you are touring a flip) and get you through negotiations with sound advice. I would happily recommend her to others in the area.

The first time I met Lillian, she sat down with me for 1-2 hours and just wanted to hear about how I ended up wanting a home, and how I arrive to this point in life. She truly cares about finding something that is relevant to your life journey and makes sense for your overall goals -- not just matching you up with any old/new home. She also was incredible at providing recommendations for reliable contractors who do good work. I thought the process was going to be super stressful since it's my first house purchase, but Lillian and her team have everything so streamlined, that it was actually pretty easy! Also, she's wonderful at pointing things out during home walk-throughs, such as looking for moisture accumulation, structural issues, etc. She loves her work and it shows through her immense knowledge and willingness/passion to share it. She will provide recommendations during the negotiation process, too, but she will always ask you about your priorities and goals to make sure you are making the decision that is best for you. I'm recommending Lillian to some of my closest friends now too because of my experience.

As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were very happy with how Lillian treated us with respect and patience throughout the whole process. She gave us helpful recommendations and references, and was thoroughly knowledgeable about the local areas. Since we're relatively new to the Pittsburgh area, we especially appreciated the details that she pointed out when touring houses about potential issues that we might have to deal with in the future. We would absolutely work with her again if we had the chance.

I have only nice things to say about Lillian. Lillian was referred to us by our work colleagues, and we absolutely loved working with her!Immediately within our first meeting with Lillian, we were able to establish a timeline, expectations, and several showings that gave her (and ourselves) a better idea of what we desired in our new home. She was patient, honest, and exceptionally knowledgeable about homes in Pittsburgh. It's not every day that you can work with a realtor to find a home, make an offer, and close within a month. She was extremely professional, communicated well and promptly, and most importantly advocated for us as her clients.
