These guys are the best. I'll recommend them til I'm blue in the face. I've taken my vehicles there for years and I find them to be simply the best. I took.my car there for a problem a few years ago. They ordered multiple different parts and tried to fix the issue we were having. At the end of the day they realized it was an issue the dealership would have to fix.... here's the kicker, they didn't charge me. Even though they worked on it, they wouldn't charge me because they couldn't fix it. Loyal customer ever since.

I was visiting from Texas and was having some coolant leaking after having my water pump replaced on the roadtrip. Explained the situation to Scott and he popped the hood and looked right away. He identified the problem as being a clamp that was placed in the middle of the hose instead of the end. He fixed it quickly and washed all the fluid that had spilled all over the inside of my engine. Told me what to look for and didn’t even charge me!! Thank you Scott! You are awesome! ?

Bad communication. Takes cars apart to sell the pieces & then have them towed off the lot. Had to call serval times to hear about my car to just get a call randomly saying I was being charged $50 a day for it sitting there when nobody reached out to let me know what was even goin on with it! The owner Tony is horrible.

Utilized Lifetime Auto Works for our vehicle repair and service for several years and was always pleased. Tony, Scott and Devon were always friendly, accommodating and, what I thought to be honest and reasonable. Referred their service to many family members, friends and co-workers.They reportedly changed four spark plugs and one coil on my vehicle in November 2021. Our relative (who is quite handy with mechanics) recommended we change the other three coils and found that the spark plugs were the original and never replaced. Reviewed the receipt and confirmed that we paid for four spark plugs and one coil plus labor.Telephoned and spoke with Tony (owner) when the issue was discovered; he was going to look into it and call me back. Still waiting for an explanation, although I do understand they can't vividly remember something they did months ago.Trust is very important to me. Now I'm suspicious and wondering if the work they supposedly performed on my vehicle was actually done. Unfortunately, the vehicle is no longer in my possession and I'm unable to confirm.Services: Tire rotations

I am amazed at how this company works with its customers. I have to give them a rating of F.I.V.E. (Facilitate, Informal, Value, Evaluation). I am a new resident in Pittsburgh, PA. I don't know a lot of folks, just came down here for work. After purchasing my car from a terribly used car dealership "Used Car World, " I will never go back there again! I was so lucky to find Lifetime Auto Works. I met with a gentleman named Scott, and Tony. They've provided me with an outstanding customer service approach, very transparent, and reasonably considerate on cost. I am very pleased to say that I have found my mechanic that I will trust and will continue to do business with them during my stay here in Pittsburgh. Thanks again, Tony and Scott!!
