A year or two ago, I walked in looking for a specific gold pendant. The gentleman behind the counter showed me the price of the one I chose. I asked him to show me the 14k signature and asked him to weigh it. He obliged me without question. I made a counter offer. He took it. Walked out happy, took less than 5 minutes. Still wear my pendant everyday. Someday I’ll be back :)

Have never stepped foot in this place - even when I lived in Pittsburgh - and received a recent call claiming I was just in about my bracelet. I said it wasn’t me as I never stepped foot in his store so I don’t know why he’s calling. He then told me it definitely was and rudely hung up on me. That’s enough to make me never want to step foot in the door now.

Didn't like owner's attitude last time we went in there.*eye roll*We probably won't ever shop there again just over something as simple as that so you do the math *shrug of shoulders*

Tim and his uncle made my husband's rings exactly like I designed them. Not to say how beautiful and original my ring is. Our Italian heritage is what made us vibe so well, I call him my cousin and that's the only place my husband and I buy any jewelry. We have sent many people to him.The only reason for any negative feedback would be because they deal with real authentic gems and have no time for anyone coming to the store always looking for a handout or taking time away from him helping people with money to spend. It's not called rude or ignorant it's called "BUSINESS". Hope I didn't offend anyone. Love ya Tom and I'll see you, cause it's time for me to get my upgrade.

These guys really, REALLY, lowballed me on an offer for scrap gold. $160 for a 26g 10k ring. I got more than twice as much a few blocks away.

I brought in three watches that needed the batteries replaced. Tim changed all three in less than 10 minutes, while I waited. Great service!

The owner is extremely disrespectful to women and lacks integrity. On a block with numerous options for selling jewelry go elsewhere. Do not support this dishonest and crude excuse for a shop front

Tim took his time to contact someone who would buy my piece. They were not interested in purchasing what I had but hooked me up with the right people. Thanks Tim!

The worst experience ever. These guys are both COMPLETE used car sales men. Tim will go on about his prices being great and his brother owning other shops.... don't fall into this trap. It's not worth trusting something so important to these "pawn shop" owners. He gurenteed me a ring with a certificate, I put a ($750) deposit down and asked to have it sized. When I came to pick it up he acted like we never had a conversation about the certificate. I asked to have it sent out to be certified, he promised me a two week turn around time... Mind you, I now missed valentines day and our anniversary. The ring was out for over 2.5 months and when he finally called me to let me know it was in I asked him if we could meet the following weekend since I was out of town. They both completely turned there back on me and said they no longer wanted to do business. My theory (the only logical explanation) is they tried to sell me garbage and when I demanded it be inspected they pulled out.
