I keep getting emails for reviews when my furniture has not been shipped or received yet. How about you hold off with the requests for reviews until a week after the product has been delivered.

Had a fantastic experience buying a couch and chair. Got a great deal with the Memorial Day sale and the sales associate Tyler Edwards was incredibly helpful and informative. He made the process super easy and I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

Typically a potential customer is bombarded as soon as they walk in the door. I understand the associate is working on commission, with that said, I was not.Nicholas directed me to the department I was looking, arrived shortly after to answer and ask questions. I was given pricing information and I honesty stated I was going to a competitor. He said this is an excellent sale and you will probably return.Nicholas was correct, the item at the competitor was $700.00 more and of lesser quality. Looking forward to the delivery of my furniture and appreciate Saturday delivery.Thank you Nicholas for a pleasant shopping experience and the Memorial Day sale is really worth every penny.

We just got an amazing couch thanks to Wes. He truly helped me and my roommate find the perfect couch for our area and fit the many needs we had asked for. Wes even called and checked in and asked about the delivery process and if the couch was how we expected it. Thank you so much Wes we truly appreciate you!!

Transaction and sales associate was wonderful. I posted a four instead of five as I really wanted to look at more furniture but the music made me want to kill myself. Horrible, horrible background “music”. Not sure the howling and wailing was actually music.

Kim Wittig was so helpful, not at all pushy. My friend and I went in to look at several different things for each of us and she was knowledgable about the products, took her time and showed us things that appealed to us, answered all of our questions and we bought some things. Honestly, one of the best furniture buying experiences I’ve had. Thanks Kim

Salesman was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were able to get multiple deals on our item, which was great. Item was delivered about a month earlier than the estimated delivery time, which was great! Nice high quality sectional and extremely comfortable.
