They did an absolutely beautiful job on a 'just because' flower arrangement I ordered for my girlfriend. She loves them, said they were beautiful, well arranged, and the variety and color palette is really well thought out. They also delivered on time when I ordered the night before which was great.

They got 10/10!!!! The flowers were beautiful!!! They delivered the flowers on time, and Rob was very diligent about understanding what I wanted for my wedding! I totally recommend Leones florist!

Ordered flowers at 11am, delivered same day by 3pm. Awesome delivery speed, not to mention the flowers looked great! My girlfriend absolutely adored them.

They got these flowers put together and delivered to my friend in LESS than 2 hours time so she could have it arrive before her graduation ceremony today. I was shocked at how quickly they got this done and my friend was so happy! Truly made her day. Thank you Leone's Florist for the great service!

I never had nicer Costomer service . I had a special need and request . The owner himself took his time and rushed my order . He was so kind and caring . Everything turned out beautifully. This was all done over the phone He even sent pics via text so I could choose and communicated that it was delivered. I had no worries. It felt like I was there to get exactly what I wanted and I was in a different state . The delivery was perfect. Everyone commented on his work and ask where did we order from . This florist is near Magee and Children’s Hospital but serve’s Pittsburgh. I thanked him but I could tell this is how he operates his business everyday and every Costomer is treated so nicely. I will use this Florist exclusively for my floral and gift needs and you’ll be happy and well pleased when you do.

I'm not sure if the owner is just senile or if there is a deeper mental issue, but I have never in my life encountered a more unprofessional, angry, jealous business owner. While walking back from the Saturday Morning Market this weekend my girlfriend and I were occasionally pausing to take photos because it was a beautiful day. Her apartment is one building from this florist. Before we entered her apartment we stopped to take a selfie with some flowers she purchased from the market on the sidewalk in front of her building. We were rudely interrupted by the owner of Leone's who decided to COME OUTSIDE his store to yell "YOU BETTER NOT TAKE THAT PICTURE" I responded , "Excuse me?!" He then berated us saying "YOU DIDN'T BUY THOSE FLOWERS HERE, YOU BETTER NOT TAKE THAT PICTURE." We explained that she lived there and that we'd take whatever picture we wanted. He said, "YOU'RE TAKING PICTURES OF MY SHOP!" I explained his shop wasn't in any of the photos and he said "YES IT IS I SAW IT" At this point I'm getting pretty angry. I explained to him he doesn't own the sidewalk and that he'd better shut up and not ever tell myself, my girlfriend, or anyone else what they can and cant do outside of his store. He yelled "NEVER TAKE A PHOTO OF MY SHOP AGAIN OR ELSE!" And stormed off. This all took place in broad daylight in front of other members of the public. I've never encountered a business owner so jealous and rude that he would come outside to berate and threaten random passersby out of jealousy. I confronted him again and he refused to apologize. We weren't loitering or causing a commotion, he just saw we had flowers that we bought down the street. Maybe he should retire if he can't interact with the public. I'm still shaking I'm so angry. UPDATE: TEN MONTHS LATER STILL TOO MUCH OF A COWARD TO RESPOND OR APOLOGIZE. Absolute loser.EDIT TWO YEARS LATER STILL NO APOLOGY. DIRT BAG. Plus all of his replies just blame the customer? LOSER. He’ll never acknowledge me because he is a coward who knows he is wrong and an apology would be an admittance that he harasses the local community even when they aren’t in his store. Wish dude would have dropped the flowers and handled it like a man. Oh well - talks a big game behind his flower bouquets…

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiancee's birthday in March, and when I received them the quality of the flowers was lacking (definitely an outlier, usually the flowers are wonderful!). I received a survey, which I was very transparent about my feelings on the bouquet, and Ron reached out immediately to discuss. Firstly, it's very refreshing to see a business actually listen and respond to their customers, which has become so uncommon these days! Secondly, Ron offered a complimentary bouquet as a way to make amends, and they were as beautiful as I've come to expect from Leone's! Leone's has become my florist of choice for 2 reasons - 1. High quality flowers 2. Listening and taking the time/effort to ensure satisfaction with your customer base. Thank you Ron and everyone at Leone's, we look forward to our next bouquet :)

Been there 3 times now. They are amazing. Always so friendly and accommodating. They always have exactly what i need. This is my go to spot for grabbing beautiful flowers.

The good: pretty arrangement and same day hospital delivery (within an hour of ordering). Recipient happy. The bad: inability to deliver advertised standard arrangement. I paid $10 extra for the largest size. They called to say they would need to make substitutions and that replacement flowers could be extra. What was delivered looks like a $75 arrangement vs $95 that I paid. I posted ordered vs delivered photos, but not showing

The selection was a pretty limited the last time I went in, but the florist was very helpful and put together a beautiful bouquet for me regardless. I'll definitely return. I've always had great service here.

I live out of state and was attempting to have flowers delivered to a loved one in the hospital and after the original company did not deliver my order the hospital suggested I call Leone. They were kind, took my order and delivered same day all within about a half hour of my calling!! I wish I had called them first. What wonderful customer service. Thank you so much!!
