Terrible staff, terrible service. They make you pay for the blood test that they don't have in stock! Let me set an appointment and get a ride all the way there for them to say. Sorry about your luck try another office! Pure ignorance! Not only on the staff but WHY WOULD YOU SELL A PRODUCT YOU DONT HAVE!!! RIDICULOUS

I was very happy with this Labcorp. Amanda was excellent. she was kind , professional and very good at drawing blood. I will return for future lab work.

Went to do a walk in and just simply asked a question. The lady at the front was very ignorant and was not any help. Poor service and did not get what I came here for. Very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service from the nurse that works there, apparently lost my bloodwork, and refused to give me a form saying I was there which would have proved that I had my blood drawn. DO NOT GO HERE. Pick another labcorp.

Just have your order from your doc and go early as I've done many times. You'll be in and out in a few minutes. Can't imagine better service.

Just went there to get blood testing provided by my wellness program through my job. I had the paperwork and confirmation number. The nurse says that she doesn't have the order. Something about my job not providing an appointment! U've been doing this for the last 5 years and I've never had this problem before! Terrible customer service from the nurse also. Very bad attitude.

I typically have blood draw anxiety because I have one tiny good vein and the rest roll. Typically if that little vein isn’t good to use for whatever reason, getting blood work is stressful for me due to the multiple sticks, and having to readjust in my arm. This labcorp has some of the best phlebotomists. Today at my 845am appointment, the lady who took my blood was SO good. They couldn’t use the tiny good vein, but she was able to successfully stick my vein below it. It was so good, quick, and painless. She was very knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience! I will continue coming here for all of my blood work .

I always used to go to Quest for lab work because it was closer, but this time I tried Labcorp and I was in the door and back out in 4 minutes flat on a blood panel with 3 tubes. The technician was excellent.

Needed simple blood work testing for an out-of-state provider which mistakenly rec this place. Apparently they can do nothing STAT. To be fair, I'm not sure if they can't or the lady was just too lazy to do her job. But this place looks to be primarily for straight up urine (drug) testing. I should reiterate I felt I was treated poorly and looked down upon due to the fact I wasn't there for anything drug related...Completely unprofessional and trashy. Should've went to Magee to begin with. Lesson learned.

Phenominal! From check in to walking out the door was under 5 minutes for the numerous vials of blood that needed drawn. The technician, wish I had caught her name, was amazing!!! My "go to" place for lab work for now on! Thank you!

I had the best experience here. Amanda, the lab tech, was so helpful when I called on the phone. She was even more helpful when I went into the office and had to have my doctor fax over the script. She was polite, easy to talk to, and overall incredibly helpful. Any medical facility gives me some levels of anxiety but her pleasant attitude and helpfulness made this experience one of the best experiences I’ve had at a medical facility.

I received a bill says I have to pay full. I called my insurance and was told they submitted the claim to the wrong place. Their customer service is non existence. I would have went to different place. The nurse did a good job tho.
