This gym is great. I love swimming in pool, except for today. When jacuzzi was on, it made the worst ear piercing sound. We left after 45 minutes. We couldn't take it anymore. On the way out, we talked to the nicest employee. He said he's had many complaints, but had no solutions. He suggested we call corporate. It is now 1 o'clock in the morning and I can't sleep because of the tinnitus in my right ear that started after we went swimming today at LA Fitness. We might have to cancel our membership. I am not exaggerating.

I love this gym and how spacious it is! The employees are so welcoming and willing to offer help in any way they can. The facility is always very clean and nothing is ever out of order. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

For almost 2 months waiting for whirlpool to open. Said they needed a part. When part came, said it was opened but when we arrived they had it closed became it needed to be heated. Doesn't someone do that early AM?????
We arrived at 10am. This past Saturday, someone pooped in the whirlpool, and again it was closed and would be closed for 24 hrs. because one of the staff members put in too much disinfectant. (Usually you can reenter in about 1 hr. if correct amt. is used.)If it wasn't for the weights and machines that my husband uses, we would not be members. Inside exercise area is around 74 degrees, should be 68 degrees.
Most of the treadmills do not have working TVs. It was never like this years ago when we were some of the first members to join.

All the staff were very helpful and professional. Definitely get with Jermaine if you plan on working out at this location.

They need new cardio machines all of them are rusty and do not work properly. New elliptical machines in all of them the handles are sticky ?

The best gym. Nowhere else compares. Having a gym partner, signed up for a trainer, and coming 3 to 5 times a week, ending strength training or cardio with sauna has changed my life.

Outdated facility. Some machines are rusted/old/not working. Cloth cabinets some are broken
