It is amazing how many different things can be in one store that isn't super size. This is it. Camping, canoeing, hiking , running, fishing,..yes it's all here. And the friendly staff is very willing to help if you have questions. While the prices are somewhat higher, so is the quality. Best to have something that lasts and you'll enjoy the entire time.

Nice open store. Had some good clearance items. Some items were pricey but good quality. Will definitely be going back.

I'm in a flannel phase, apparently. After a visit to Vermont Flannel during a family vacation this summer, I thought it couldn't get any better. I love both brands equally. LL Bean's customer service is absolutely perfect. The vibe is so pleasant every time I'm in the store whether I need help or not. I don't know how they train their staff, but the whole team is second-to-none as far as retail shops go. In addition to flannel fanatics, their aesthetic appeals to comfort seekers of all ages. I can't get enough.

I did eventually get what I went in for, but it took me waiting for almost 10 minutes watching the woman who was supposed to be working the show area cabitzing with the cashier. Overall, a very Meh experience. I'd rather shop online.

I'm not sure why there is reviews that say the people in the store are rude.. That wasent my experience at all. I was helped with a return and asked if I needed help multiple times.. I asked an employee a question about some pants and they were polite and answered my question. Clean nice store with some nice quality clothes.. If you haven't owned any its worthy of your time to find something you like here. My bet is you'll be glad you did. Recommend.

We love this store, and walk-through/purchase often when we visit the mall. Awesome atmosphere, and usually friendly service. 6pm Sunday. The woman ironing the clothes, not courteous, nor friendly. This is not the first time. The gentleman asked her to find me a Medium size, she did, it took a very long time. It fit nicely, so I thanked her and handed it back, she wouldn't take it back, and said "see the fit in the mirror over there, I said "where," she replied "straight ahead, and to the right of mannequin." (Admittedly, I'm not the smartest, quickest person, but no-one is comfortable when you're "called out on it") I said "there's mannequins all over the place," she says it again, more slow and firm (an standing far behind me) "straight ahead and to the right of mannequin. THREE TIMES. My wife tried to make me feel better and said "it's not that easy to find" She should have just walked us over to it. Embarrassing, and we will not go into store if we see her in the future.
