Brand new vehicle purchased off the lot either only my testbdrive miles on it. I brought it in with 2300 miles to get a break in oil change. Had anyone looked at anything or listened to anything I had to say this would have been very clear. Poor excuse.

This service is unreliable, they are open until 6 and according to the staff you have to arrive at 5:30 to receive any service. I came in at 5:32 for an oil change and they weren't willing to preform the service for me. I find it very frustrating that i couldn't get an oil change done to my car because i wasn't there 2 minutes before.

A couple of years ago I went in to get an oil change for my Toyota Rav 4 and they were very unfriendly and told me they weren’t sure if they could but after waiting awhile they decided they would service it. I decided to give them another try today, since my husband has taken his Nissan Sentra here several times and had a good experience. I went in to get my Nissan rogue an oil change and both the front desk women and a man from the back told me they do not service Nissans because they do not have the parts to service them. They made it very clear that they have never worked on Nissans before. Meanwhile my husband has taken his Nissan here multiple times. They told me that they have never serviced his car. We have all the paperwork saved from when he has been here! I would not recommend ever going here.

Answering service screwed up a rental. The girl at the desk was rude and unhelpful. She started cussing out my mother not realizing I was still sitting there, and then proceeded to act outraged when I did the same to her. Absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful from the start
