I had an unfortunate experience with this firm when they prepared my taxes, were paid for preparation and filing but they never filed. A year and a half later I am now paying penalties due to the oversight and am not getting any return calls or emails from this firm. I do not recommend this firm based on their incompetence and lack of professionalism by not accepting or admitting their mistake and making no effort to make this right. My perception is that the firm is poorly organized and lacks professionalism along with being costly and completely ineffective.
