My first and last call to these people. I asked the owner about cabinet doors and was not understanding what he was explaining to me. He simply said have a nice day and hung up. I was quite surprised at this and would never recommend Kitchen Cabinet Factory to anyone. This is no way to treat someone looking for help with questions about their product.

I was referred to Kitchen Cabinet Factory Outlet by a friend who shopped at the Saw Mill Run location. I was very pleased with the service and welcoming atmosphere. I worked with Sarah, who is a gem! She measured and created my kitchen layout and was spot-on with recommendations regarding placement of particular cabinets and the corner sink I ultimately chose. Sarah ALWAYS responded to my emails/questions and in a timely manner as well as notifying me when she placed orders and when approximate delivery times would be. Pricing was excellent and I qualified for a cabinet promotion. If you are ready to move ahead with kitchen remodeling plans, I strongly recommend you consider working with Sarah at Kitchen Cabinet Factory Outlet on Saw Mill Run Blvd!

I have used KCFO multiple times in two homes I have owned. KCFO is a family owned/run business that has overwhelmed my family with kindness and professionalism. From the owners down to the newest hired employees they care for every customer. I've used them for Kitchens and Bathrooms and couldn't be happier with the final results. My family loves all the choices they provide and most of all the honesty on how long it will be for cabinets, sinks, handles, etc. to arrive. I've had no issues or concerns using KCFO for all my cabinet needs. I will use them and recommend them for years to come!

I ordered cabinet doors from Artillio. Emailed him the correct sizes. He ordered one door the wrong size. When I pointed out it did not match the size in my email. He said the error was also on his Bill of Sale and I paid it. So the fault lies with me. Do yourself a favor… deal with a Big Box store that can afford to fix their errors. I would not recommend dealing with these people to anyone.

So polite, so personal, and so invested. Would definitely recommend anyone to this place to get their kitchen built, remodeled, or refurbished. Store has a very nice and comfortable vibe, Artillio is very knowledgeable and professional.

We are remodeling our kitchen and Stephanie's expert recommendations of not only design but practicality are invaluable. She made the remodeling process easier and her friendliness makes it less daunting with so many choices to be made. I would recommend kitchen cabinet factory because of the choices in the show room, the expert customer service and making the process of remodeling a kitchen a little easier!

I cannot recommend KCFO enough. From my meeting with Sarah and the team to having my cabinets installed... 10/10 the whole way through. Sarah was very knowledgeable when it came to which cabinets would fit where all while keeping my budget in mind. Every time I called, the phone was picked up (can't say the same for other kitchen remodel stores in the area). And if they could not answer my question in that phone call, an answer came within one day. They were very knowledgeable about cabinets and kitchen remodels in general, and their timeline was fantastic. From cabinet order to delivery was about 3 weeks. They were always so kind and I am so happy we chose them. Install was fantastic as well. Their preferred installer, Jerry and his sons beat their original timeline with precision and cleanliness that I would not have found elsewhere. A family owned business that actually cares about the consumer (who whoulda thought!) I wish I could give more than 5 stars, very happy with my purchase

My contractor recommended Kitchen Cabinet Factory Outlet and we could not be happier. The quality of our cabinets are fantastic! The staff is extremely friendly and helped us throughout the entire process. Much better than Lowes or Home Depot.

I honestly am amazed by the experience I had working with Sarah to design our kitchen and bath. Sarah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very prompt with replying to my various questions and layout changes. I was always greeted with smiling faces and it was apparent from day one that they had my best interest at heart. Places like this simply do not exist anymore. Not only did I feel completely confident that they were going to help me achieve my dream kitchen, but their prices were thousands below the competitors for a product of the same quality with all the upgrades included. I would recommend this place to anyone and trust me when I say, you CANNOT beat these prices!!!!!!!

Sarah and the folks at Kitchen Cabinet Factory were excellent to deal with...very satisfied with their design of my kitchen and very impressed with the installer Gerry whom they recommended...I’m very happy with my kitchen and though it took way longer due to COVID...I’m completely satisfied with their service

We have recently completed a full kitchen remodel. Artilio helped us visualize the entire kitchen design on a large display screen in the store. We purchased excellent quality cabinets along with an undermount sink, under and in-cabinet lighting and quartz countertops for a fraction of the cost of these items from other companies. We have a new beautiful and functional kitchen and highly recommend the products and design help from the Kitchen Cabinet Factory Outlet.
