I was welcomed when I walked in. A very nice lady helped me exchange my necklace and she told me I get 50% off most of the items they have since it’s my birth month. She helped me choose out a ring that I wasn’t planning on buying but she had me sold!

WOW! First time visiting the physical Kendra Scott store. We were assisted by Maggie then entire time. She was a beyond amazing sales person. She was there when we needed her, but not pushy or harassing at all!!! It was like she read my mind, she knew exactly what I was looking for. She was beyond kind, knowledgeable, everything you look for in an amazing employee. Give this girl a raise!!!!!

Had my daughter's 13th bday party here and it was a blast! All the girls designed their own jewlery and some mom's too. Maggie and her staff were so much fun, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! Thank you again for everything!

Everyone in the Kendra Scott in Shadyside is super nice and helpful. I knew I wanted to get a gift for a friend but wasn't really sure what. They helped me pick out the perfect necklace and my friend loved it. Their customer service is great and I would definitely recommend visiting their store even if you don't have an idea of what exactly you want. They are all super knowledgeable of the jewelry and will help you pick out the perfect item.

The space is luxurious and welcoming with white marble, gold accents, patterned rugs and antique mirrored tile. The store includes touches of yellow, the brand’s signature color for joyfulness, warmth and optimism. The space features the customization station Color Bar™ which encourages you to showcase your own style by creating a custom piece. The stylists in the showroom guide you through the jewelry customization process as if they are your close friend.The fun continues outside the store in the neighboring public walkway with a colorful mural celebrating the Pittsburgh community. Artist Ashley Hodder brought to life a signature visual of Pittsburgh, our yellow bridges! And combined this icon with a geometric background full of pastel hues to create an Instagrammer’s dream photo spot.

I live out of town & my husband agreed to stop on his trip to pick up my order. I talked to Maggie, she helped me over the phone & will have it ready for him to pick up curb side! She was very patient & helpful. Will make this a stop when I travel back to Pittsburgh!

We shopped there today for the first time (in store) and it was such a lovely experience. Maggie was so much fun and so helpful. She actually suggested the necklace that my daughter ended up choosing. The store and displays were perfection. We can’t wait to go back.
