Poor Customer Experience! Where do I start? Office hours are incorrectly posted ONLINE as the management apparently bounces back and forth from Storage facilities or apartment complexes and they are having employee call off issues. You have to come at a time thats convenient to them. The Building is near Mercy Hospital and is not convenient in any way. They have one garage which is tight to get in and out of due to the parking situation. I doubt that you could fit anymore than a 14.5 Ft Box truck in there. Not to mention you’d block the street. There is a random pallet in the loading area. Forget having more than one person be able to load and unload at the same time. It’s very inconvenient. No signage pointing where the elevator or restroom is and once you find the restroom it’s not open to the public (locked.) The carts are old and not well maintained. One of the carts had lost a wheel and was laying on the floor. There is random areas unlocked with stuff in plain site, but no restroom. The elevator is extremely slow and you have press the button multiple times or hard to get it to move. The floors are uneven which makes it hard and unsafe for moving fragile items. The management does not try to accommodate at all. The site is very unkept other than the office. That’s the only thing going for this site. Word of advice. Don’t rent here! Go to the big guys Storage Express, Extra Space, Guardian Storage, etc. You may pay more, but it’s totally worth the less stress and hassle. Plus they actually have Customer Service and Normal office hours.
