The staff was really sweet! Especially Heather! She helped me out with a situation I had and I was able to leave with what I needed!

Great place, the lady who helped was extremely realistic and attentive! Only downfall was the promise they would call when my suit was in… they did not I finally had to call and find out it had been back for a while

I have never bought a suit before and Jos A. Bank helped me find the perfect fit. I walked in and explained the situation and my price range, 30 minutes later I walked out with a great suit. Fantastic customer service
