The store was clean and organized and the staff was very friendly and amicable. The shelves were fully stocked and organized, which is a rarity these days.

I take advantage of the curbside pickup, because if I went in, more money would be spent. This is a great service, and I am very rarely disappointed with anything that Joann's does. Your clerks are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of there way to help. Sale items are frequent and I crochet for an outreach center, and always get a good deal on great yarn. So thanks Joann's! You have what I need, and I do go in a lot. The store always looks great. Kudos!

I love, love, love Joann Fabric and Crafts. I could spend all day in that store and every single employee I've interacted with is friendly and knowledgeable. Some have even given me great ideas and tips.

I am the most un-crafty (is that a word???) person on the planet. I needed a few pieces of fabric customized to a certain size. The woman working the counter (I wish I would have caught her name) was so incredibly helpful. Thank you so much! I am so grateful!

Like seemingly all retailers nowadays, Joann must not offer a livable wage nor benefits worthy of attracting employees. Despite running an active campaign for a sale on custom framing, this store does not currently offer custom framing “due to understaffing issues”. The sign could as easily say “we don’t pay our employees enough of a fair wage to keep talent so we can’t fulfill the basic services we claim to provide”.To Joann’s and all other greedy retailers out there: pay a livable wage, offer competitive benefits, or at LEAST, don’t claim to provide services you can’t find staff for because you don’t make your employment positions lucrative enough for anyone to want to work for you.

I always find about 90% of what I am looking for vs a combined 60% at comparable stores.

It is a large company, the bad thing is that if you buy electronics, be careful before doing so, read their policies first because I bought a Cameo 4 and did not merge for the work I wanted to do, I wanted to return it and they told me that it would not be accepted if the The box was already open and I couldn't return it at the time, so I'm going to buy another machine, which is really for my needs, but now I'm going to buy it at Walmart or at Amazon, they are a company, if it doesn't work for what you want to do you can return the product even if it is open I recommend that company Walmart or Amazon

On Monday August 8 I went into Joann on McKnight for my mother-in-law, she wanted a certain kind of yarn to make her Granddaughter her very first blanket. Caron Simply Soft is the brand of the yarn I needed. When I stepped into Joann there was a young man standing at the register I believe his name was Ethan. I asked him where I could find this yarn and he proceeds to ask me what I was making. I explain to him that my mother-in-law was making her granddaughter her very first blanket and he said that sounds so fun. Then he lead me to the yarn section in the back of the store where I found the yarn I needed. He was very nice and knowledgeable about yarn I needed. Then he proceeds to check me out with a smile in his face. He also told me that when the blankets finished to come back and show him the final product to see what my mother-in-law created. I am very happy with my purchase, because I had a friendly employee help me out. I am definitely coming back to this Joann to see Ethan.
