Stopped on the way home from work for an oil change. For the second time (!!) at this location, the pump for the oil I use was broken. I was welcome to use the upgraded oil for an additional $30. I was told that they’ve asked multiple times for it to be fixed but no. It’s almost like it’s intentional, to force customers to pay the extra. I left and I’m not sure I’ll be back. The also didn’t push the dipstick back in so my car smelled like engine fluids until I checked under the hood to see why, since it only started after I left.

They charge between $85-105 for an oil change. Their competition a block away charge $62. This place is a complete ripoff. Go ANYWHERE else in the city and save yourself money.
