I exercise at the center here. All the latest equipment can be found here.They also have personal trainers and rehabilitation here,One of my favorite places. And if your insurance covers Silver Sneakers, you can join the JCC exercise facility free of charge.

The JCC in Squirrel Hill houses state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facilities, heated indoor swimming pools and an Olympic-size outdoor pool for summer use in Monroeville, gymnasiums, outdoor playgrounds, auditoriums, dance studios, classrooms, camps, dance programs, basketball programs, cycle classes, and meeting areas.
Meeting, conference and flexible spaces are available for event rentals.
