That being said... Jessica is a VVS 20 CT Diamond (natural ?) in an establishment full of such precious gems. She consistently goes out of her way, even at the minor detriment of the business to make her customers feel as if they are the only ones she will see all day though she accommodates the same feelings with dozens daily. “Nora from Jared in South Hills Village was so great and helpful. I was looking for a very particular size and style of an anniversary ring and I just couldn't find exactly what I wanted at any store, so she helped me custom build what I wanted with their jewelry building computer program. Then 3 days later I got the wax mold prototype of the ring, okayed it, and about 2 weeks later the ring came in! It was beautiful and nearly identical to the wax mold (pictured on the left of the ring). In love!”
