Had my car towed there and repaired. Broken axle on a Honda civic. There customer service is the best! They go the extra mile .Great job at a fair price. Will be using them again for future repairs.We also took our truck for body work. Job was done excellent .Service: Car towing

Highly recommend this place. They are honest, quick & know what they’re doing. We had such an easy and seamless experience setting up a time to get our truck towed in & repaired. It was a small repair and they fixed it super quick for us and were just so honest and nice with us which is hard to find.Services: Oil change

AVOID this garage, I highly recommend not taking your chances here. This garage was contacted at 3:45pm for a tow and said they would arrive at 4:10pm. Its 35 degrees out during all this. At 4:45 they were not there so we called for an update and they said they should be close. At 530 we called again and no answer multiple times. At 6:10 we finally got an update that they canceled the tow. Terrible business practice to accept a tow then cancel after being super late without even contacting us. This garafe left their customers stranded in the freezing weather for over 2 hours and didn't even show up or bother to call.Service: Car towing

I can't figure out why some people have given this place a good review, maybe they haven't used the towing service, but this place has had a very negative impact on my life!When my car was towed, the next day Saturday, I would have gotten imy car out, it would have cost me $295. However, the employee running the office was leaving early that day, leaving no one to process my payment and thus retrieval of my car. Then I had to therefore pay two more days than I would have, leading me to pay $405 on Monday. Now that I couldn't afford it, this craziness thus threw me into the process of trying to come up with funds, every day increasing my total.Had the office clerk not left early that Saturday, this wouldn't have escalated to so much of a higher cost, which is now $831 because of the days I've spent trying to find the money to get it.Now how is that fair and allowed, as had she not left early, my cost would have been affordable. Seems like a them problem, not a me problem. ]⁰Tthat's super shady and so greedy that I had to leave this review, telling people to watch out for these money hungry folks, beware they don't play by the rules! I'm now without a car thanks to them, I'm forever angry, and there's nothing I can do about it. Good luc with theses guys, you're going to need it!Service: Car towing

I have used Critchlow for several years now both the Auto Body Shop and Car Care Center. They are honest and reliable; their prices are lower than I've found elsewhere. Joe who manages the office at the car care center is the best! They're easy to schedule with and Joe communicates every step of the way until you get your car back.
