I did a great job I want my car inspected and it's inspected and their professional friendly I'm so glad I found that JD byrider cuz I need another car soon I think I'll get it from you guys but the service department I can't give more than a thousand 10,000 Stars millions yeah you need a million stars but there ain't no million stars on here LOL

The service I had at Byrider on McKnight road was 100% on. They close at 7 and stayed there until 9 getting me in a car. Troy and the lady ( forget her name) who handles the paper work get a solid 10. Customer service between here and the Akron store was night and day, no comparison. Highly recommend Byrider on McKnight road they went above and beyond.

My car just got towed from outside my mother’s house. I don’t know who towed it and why they towed it. I don’t owe any payment until May 3rd. I just got the car 5 days ago. They took my down payment and I got the car, but tonight they towed it . I called the police, and they are looking for my car. If I don’t get my car back I’m suing. I’m not able to get to work tomorrow and might lose my job.
