For starters, I just want to note that I haven’t been out to this salon yet to have any services done, but I will be itching to get out there in the near future. I just want to say that I had my hair done a couple weeks ago with Carmela at the last salon she was at. If you’re looking for an awesome hair stylist, I can honestly say that Carmela is definitely great at what she does! I met her years ago when we both attended the same beauty school! Ever since then, she’s been the only one doing my hair. She’s the only one I trust to do it! Especially because she knows how particular I am with it! It’s going on 10 years with her! Whatever you want done or envision for your hair, she makes it happen! I would definitely recommend her to anyone now as I did before! Go see my girl! I promise you that you’ll leave happy and feeling beautiful! Great results every time! Schedule that appointment! ?

I have gone to Carmela for all my hair needs for close to 10 years now! She is so knowledgeable and passionate about hair/hairstyling and it is easily seen through her work. I have long blond hair so I get it baylaged. It has always come out looking amazing, natural and grows out seamlessly!

Carmela is a gem with both cut and color. She single handedly saved my hair after I dyed my hair bright red, back to a normal lovely color. She is a blonding queen, always taking the time to listen to what I want for both cut and color. I highly recommend visiting for you color and cut needs! I'm always happy and walk out with beautiful results.

All handicapped parking spaces in front of the store were blocked by cones. Apparently, JCPenney doesn't want to encourage handicapped people to shop there. Had to walk to the other side of the store to try on clothes. Very difficult if you have trouble walking. Dressing rooms were deplorable - looked as if they had never been cleaned. A worker asked me to complain to management because she said they never listen to them. Limited cashiers and you are forced to go to the second floor to make a return. But they were also cashing people out, so why can't cashiers on the first floor take returns too? The only bright spot - all of the workers we encountered were exceptionally nice and helpful. Not sure why anyone would want to work there.
