I would highly recommend these guys they sold me a great reliable car I have been driving it for 6 months now and have had no problems. They are very affordable and Worked with my budget. If you are in the market for a used car these are your guys. I send all my family and friends here nice best used cars in the city!

Do not buy from this place I don’t know why dealerships think they can go to the auction buy a car and sell it without fixing it today. They tried to sell my sister a car that only needed an oxygen sensor so we asked the guy would he fix it. He countered with oh my dad really don’t want me to sell this car. Stay away from these people. Don’t buy cars that need work done on them. I understand as is, but they got to fix every warning light lit on the dashboard before they sell this is a warning to all car dealerships if you try selling cars with warning, lights showing I will give you a bad review.

I wasn't going to say anything about J & M AUTO SALES for selfish reasons.I wanted someone to go through the bad experience i went through after purchasing my last vehicle from this place.A Vehicle i took all my Savings/Checkings and purchased from them 8 months ago N unfortunately the Car i purchased was a True Lemon.I wish I would have read the reviews N not listen to the Car Salesman at J & M AUTO SALES?The reason I decided to say something is because my Co worker daughter almost got a Vehicle from them N she said they were telling her all their vehicle was top notch and everybody loves their Vehicles.Luckily she didn't get it N I decided to finally say something because i don't want any other financially struggling person to go through this i went through.Hopefully you read this REVIEW and I can help you make the right decision. GETTING THE RIGHT RELIABLE VEHICLE IS IMPORTANT AND I WISH I HAD THIS HELP WHEN IWAS PURCHASING MINE.???

Never buy a vehicle from them! Should of gave paperwork on vehicle before I bought it! They are the dirt on the bottom of my shoe! They don't care... as long as they take your money! I would never recommend anyone to them!

In times like these this is a great place to buy a car. I just got a 2009 Caddilac STS with only 85k miles for a excellent price. There's also many options on warranties too! I could not be happier with the purchase, i would recommend Jim & Willie to anyone hands down!

Extraordinarily disappointing. My current vehicle is in repair shop. I called J&M they described a vehicle which would work for me. I asked what time they close: 4-5. Arranged from childcare, grabbed my cards and took an Uber over. Upon the Uber dropping me off at 2.50PM the doors were locked and the place was closed. They wouldn't answer the phones. (It's been 20 minutes since our conversation!) My husband and I were completely stranded. The place next door said that they tend to do this a lot and a many customers wonder over confused. Prices are good, vehicle quality is poor, and customer service could not be worse.
