I ship n pack is my only stop for my shipping and printing needs . Not only do I have a post office box there , but they also do large scale print jobs for any occasion . The owner Aaron is very helpful and knowledgeable about all things related to the business . He’s also a notary which makes this place a one stop shop ! The entire staff is professional and considerate ! I think one of the coolest aspects of the store is when you own a post office box they send you an email with the contents of the mail that arrived ! Very cool ! I’ve seen the Aaron personally walk and help customers to their vehicles or take mail out to customers that have difficulties getting into the store . It’s in an amazing location right off the parkway in one of the best parts of the city ! The main reason why I give my support and business to IshipNpack is because it’s the ONLY black owned family owned , small business shipping service in the city , might even be in the state . If I could give this place 100 stars I would !

I’ve used IShip &Pack for shipping and printing. But the two experiences I’ve had with printing obituaries have been exceptional. I could not be present I was able to utilize email to get the documents and information over. Aaron was very professional and extremely timely. He went the extra mile to make sure Marina margins were lined up correctly as I didn’t know the parameters. My family really appreciated his effort and professionalism during our difficult time. As such, he delivered a document our friends and relatives can keep scared for some time.
I would prefer IShip over FedEx, Staples, or Office Depot for the individualized and more personal experience you receive. That is truly unmatched.
