I ordered an as-is kitchen island from this store, was initially told that delivery is available 2 weeks after purchase, and they will call me when it's ready. I agreed, one week later a co-worker called me saying my item is ready for pick-up, and they will only hold it for 24 hours. I said no, I informed the store I would like a delivery option.
Here is the funny part. The co-worker on the phone told me to come into the store to "schedule a delivery". I found it weird that I need to personally come to the store to order a delivery, but I went there anyway. Upon arriving, I was then told that delivery won't happen 2 months after. They left no room for other options but forced me to pick up.
Here is the funnier part. Remember when they called and said the item is ready for pick up? Well, it's not, it took them two hours + to bring it from the showroom to the customer service area.
When we are disassembling, a co-worker rushed to "help" us by violently tearing parts down. As a result, without unscrewing some nails first, the big top part was stripped off from the body, leaving several holes in it. We cannot fix it. He also dropped a very heavy piece of wood board on my left big toe, leaving me extremely painful. He then dare to just left the scene. We wasted hours in the store without a solution, and we had no choice but to haul away the broken parts.
Will update this review if anyone from the team contact me to provide a solution.

Very nice people here, they always help. Had a couch too big for my car but they let me disassemble it to make it fit

We started off grabbing a bite to eat in the cafe, and a lady trying to sign people up to vote CAME TO OUR TABLE, WHILE WE WERE EATING, and asked us if we wanted to register to vote. IKEA, why are you letting people bother your customers inside your store, WHILE THEY ARE EATING? I mean, do what you want, but I definitely will think twice before coming back.

Best ikea I’ve visited in both PA and Texas. Restaurant was very clean and the customer service was great

The display items of furniture are very accessible and exactly how the purchased item looks and feels. At checkout, I found the staff helpful and friendly. Once home, the items are very easy to assemble with clear instructions. I will not hesitate to shop IKEA for items they carry that fit my decor.

Looked everywhere for bookcases and entertainment stand. Finally found it at IKEA. It’s well made and beautiful. Perfect fit.

We love IKEA! We start with lunch and then walk it off on the maze through the store! I love all of the kitchen gadgets and usually find something I've never seen before. 10/10
