The staff is great. They work really hard. They are always kind. The only issue with this branch is that it's the busiest branch around especially on Saturdays when only one person is running to the drive thorough and back to the desk. HIRE PEOPLE! Common Sense! They are all worked too hard there with short staff. It's cruel!

For some reason, this branch has different procedures and policies, such as making appointments hours to days in advance for everyday assistance instead of walking in and waiting or having to request to withdraw your money. They told me these are the rules they need to follow, but other branches in the area have don't have these procedures or policies. Regardless, none of this is advertised to their customers. Recently, this location didn't know how to close my checking and savings accounts and instead of figuring out why they weren't closing properly, they told me the accounts closed and left them open. The Wexford branch was eventually able to close my accounts after I discovered that the accounts were still open nearly two weeks after I stopped in this location to have them closed. Go to the Wexford branch instead of here, they should be able to help you there.

Love coming here. there are always 5-6 people in the building pretending to shuffle paperwork with a line out the door. Great work, everyone!

Every time I walk in to a Huntington Branch, I immediately know that I'm going to have to stand through a sales pitch. I don't think they value the customer at all - they only value the customers money. Cashing a check? Here's a sales pitch. Have a free account? Here's a sales pitch for a $25/month account. Have too much money in checking? Here's a sales pitch for our (not free) financial advisors. Good bank, lousy marketing.

Very scrupulous and unfair loan dept. I would recommend going with a credit union for a vehicle loan, as you would pay far less in bs fees!

You can't say anything bad about the staff at this branch - they are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. That part of my experience was pretty great. Then we come to the banking part, and I'm afraid I'm going to have to break up after only a few months. Came to them after getting a mailer offering a bonus for opening an account and having a direct deposit and a minimum balance. OK, I've heard good things about Huntington, and the bonus was a good incentive to give them a try. Opened checking, savings and a credit card that had a cashback rebate. That was 4 months ago. Two months ago, they charged me a monthly maintenance fee I didn't owe. A phone call got that credited and they had no idea why I got charged. Still, hmmm. This month, they dinged me for a late credit card payment. Said it didn't get there until the 13th. It was mailed on the 1st. I called, a snippy person said I needed to allow 7-10 business days when mailing in payments. You kidding me? I have mailed payments all over the country allowing 5 business days and never had a problem. Then I looked at my cancelled check image online - why is there a rubber stamp with the date of the 7th in the middle of the check when allegedly it didn't get there until the 13th? And this month I see my savings interest rate went down. Odd, I checked their rate online - they are paying 4x the rate I get... but only to new customers, and it's only guaranteed for 90 days. I guess that's what happened to me. I became an old customer after 90 days, so it was time for my interest rate to be cut. They don't even show the rates for not-new customers. If you receive paper statements, you can't have online access to statements. First bank I ever ran into that does that. When considering a new bank, I open accounts and then always wait at least 6 months before I go all in and close my other account, just in case things don't go smoothly. I know no bank is perfect and sometimes the annoyances you already have aren't as bad as the annoyances at the new bank. The above story is why I wait those 6 months. So I'm going to stick with my current bank.

I've been to this Huntington Bank location, oh, about 4 times since moving to the area in February. Guess I could say I've adopted this Huntington as "my" Huntington. This location is nice, inside and out. Not your typical plain old ho-hum-looking bank building. The location, in McIntyre Square just off McKnight Road, is convenient. Tons of parking. Within the plaza you've got places like Giant Eagle, Wine & Spirits, Dunham's Sports, and Steinmart, and within about 2 or 3 miles you've got just about everything. There's no denying the convenience of North Hills. Each time I've visited for straightforward deposits I've done so on a Saturday morning and waited in a very short or nonexistent line. Service has been professional, friendly, and efficient, and more often than not I've been helped by a nice young blonde woman. I've been a Huntington customer since my teen and college years, back when it was SKYBank, and have always been satisfied with the helpful and personable service I've received at various SKY and then Huntington locations. So far, this Huntington is no exception.
