My daughter and I have had an amazing experience at Hug Me Tight since she enrolled there at two years old (2021). We went from her being with me everyday for the first two years of her life to a smooth transition into this program. I knew when she let me leave with no hesitation that the staff members here had good energy. They teach the infants, toddlers and children here so many skills that they need for kindergarten, they’re really patient and they care for them efficiently.I’ve seen some staff members stay for years, and I’ve seen some who stayed briefly. I assume (based on some of these past reviews and the quick turnover for some staff) that they’ve raised the standards for staff members there. The ones who my baby is with everyday are great! From encouraging my daughter, to adjusting to my daughter’s learning style, to reassuring me and respecting my boundaries (my baby has a mostly plant based diet). Also, it might be worth mentioning, my baby is in the location next to the hill house. Idk if the location inside the hill house still exists. They assisted my baby with her potty training journey, identifying and tracing her name, counting to 20, and with social skills with other children. She’s currently only three.

I was a very worried parent at first when I brought my child here just because I was new to taking my child to daycare. My child absolutely loved his teachers and they where very sweet and gentle with him. Things got rough through the pandemic and that was to be expected, however they did not have a infant room when I had another child so I had to switch my children to a different daycare. I completely hated the other daycare. When Hug Me Tight had availability in their infant room I immediately transferred my children back. The staff is great with my children and the facility is very well maintained. Please see for yourself before going off of the reviews. We as parents have to give credit where credit is due. I appreciate all the staff and teachers that have treated my children with white glove treatment.

My son goes to Hug Me Tight and he loves it. He is 2 years old and is learning so much. Any time I pick and drop him off he runs over to his teacher Ms.Danielle and gives her a big hug! So I know my baby is being treated well at this daycare. They run the establishment like a school and are preparing children for kindergarten.

HUG ME TIGHT , is a great daycare center. You know those first mom jitters you get picking a daycare for your child. I didn’t have to worry when I decided to put my toddler in that center , once meeting the staff and touring the facility. They nurture my lil one , helped me with potty training and teaches my child new things on a daily basis and enjoys the staff and her new friends .

I loves this center all due to the care and learning experience that my grandbaby is currently receiving. The center is clean, on the bus line, and the staff is very professional. Overall, I believe this center does an excellent job with serving and managing my grandbaby's childcare needs

Hug me tight daycare is every parent worst nightmare. If staff don’t like you then don’t leave your child. On two separate occasions I pick up my child and he had bleach stains on his clothing. I then went to the higher ups and clearly nothing was done and not to mention I got confronted by a staff member because I complain about the bleach stains(I have pictures as proof) . This one day I forgot my son milk rushing and ask them to give him juice for the day and another staff member was being smart and told me they didn’t have any juice in the facility.? like sis why are you being smart. It was like I was in high school all over again. Keep in mind I always pick up and drop my son off ON-TIME and paid my co-pay. Also while my child was in their care they didn’t read, sing, talk or do anything learning with him.If your child isn’t a robot or if your child is a clingy baby this daycare isn’t for you. I told them that I could only leave work if it was an emergency pertaining my child and guess what my son would be fussy for unknown reasons and they would claim he was sick and for me to leave work just to come and get him. I would then beg my supervisor to leave. once I got him home he was as normal as can be. Also There were plenty of times I walk-in to pick up my child and staff were sitting around gossiping. There were several times when I pick up my child and he was siting in the high chair or in the crib while all the other babies where out playing. I had to tell them that if my son isn’t eating or sleeping, then he shouldn’t be in the high chair or crib. There were a few good staff but the ones I had problems with (they know who they are) seriously need some customer service skills. The state need to get in there ASAP.

Perfect place If you don't care about your kid. I don't even know how this place still open!!Staff are like forced to work with kids. They don't know how to deal with the kids. My son was starving in there for many days, and when I asked why they said he didn't want to eat!!! ??♂️ My kid was crying all the time in there so I thought something wrong with him.. until I took him to another day-care and found out it wasn't about him.. there many to say but I hope you get the picture! I didn't have problems with any of the staff or workers there, I'm only writing this because I don't want other kids and parents to suffer like we did.

Clean environment but rude staff!!!! Very unprofessional mean/nasty attitudes.... Alot of negligence going on in the place... They show favoritism towards certain kids and like she said ???? don't get on their bad sides any little thing your kid will pay for it!!!!

My daughter went and she seemed to like it the staff seemed nice, until her hair got pulled out from the scalp ?and it was an entire braid she was only 1. I removed her on the spot and the Director Tina had an idc attitude very rude if it wasn’t a place with young children around plus my daughter I would have flipped in that place. I understand accidents happen but to act like so what and I had to find out when I picked her up that it happen that morning was infuriating. No incident report, no parent phone call only a bad attitude like I was bothering her????

Nice and clean employee's are okay just don't get on their bad side or they will neglect your child. They have two locations the one I am speaking of is within the Hill House, zero tolerance policy meaning your child must be a robot ! If your looking for a clean environment this is your place but if your child isn't a robot and they have temper tantrums , emotional outburst here and there this is not your place of childcare.
