Don't go to Sally, she's inexperienced with e-filing and will not listen to what you're asking or file your taxes correctly. I had an appointment originally with Anna but was placed with Sally for some reason and now my taxes are completely screwed up, and am being told that it's my fault and there's nothing that can be done. WILL NOT RETURN.

I never went to this H&R Block before but I will definitely go back. My documents were a mess, I hadn't filed for a couple years, and had other issues. The lady was quick and professional, very nice, got me a good refund. I hadn't gotten my stim and she said to wait a couple weeks n see. Another lady stayed on the phone with me three weeks later looking it up until that was also taken care of. I highly recommend! Nice people, good work, clean office, quick service considering what's being done! I was out in just under an hour!
