DO NOT GO HERE!NOTING BUT ISSUES. STILL WAITING ON 2021 TAXES TO BE APPROVED BY IRS. REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING! FORMS SUBMITTED INCORRECTLY HAD TO RESUBMIT TAX FORMS THAT WERE SUBMITTED INCORRECTLY ON MY OWN. BETTER TO DO THEM ON YOUR OWN THEN HERE!

Dropped off my tax before leaving for vacation. Heard nothing for over a week. Called to follow up on the status for them to not be able to find my tax information. Then when it was finally located the receptionist at the front said I could stop in anytime from 9am to 9pm to see Lisa Heck who prepared my taxes. I arrived the next day as instructed to be told by the same receptionist my appointment is at 4pm. Done will not be returning after this year. I will find a local independent person for taxes.

The soon I walked into the HR&BLOCK office in Robinson PA, I felt really comfortable. Manager who greeted me was very pleasant and professional. PATRICIA PHILLIPS did my taxes she Is absolutely outstanding. Very knowledgeable and professional. I’m definitely coming back and recommend it to everyone ?
