Every time I come in here the entire family is so nice and helpful!! They have reliable hours and are open Saturday’s too! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, and it’s a family owned business that cares about their customers! Can’t wait to ship with them this holiday season!

Excellent customer service, they offer to carry heavy packages from your car into the facility. I like that they are able to access multiple shipping options (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to find the best price and date the package will arrive.

I have driven to this place twice in the past week attempting to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house but for some reason ended up at this place which is a 40 min drive from my office (without traffic). It says online they close at 6pm so last week I left work early to drive there. I ended up hitting a little rush hour traffic on my way but still arrived at 5:46pm.. when I got there all of the lights were off and the door was locked. Whoever was working had closed early. I was annoyed but figured whatever it’s a small business something must have come up so they had to close early. For my second attempt to pick up my package I had to get approval to leave work early again and I made the hour long drive with traffic and arrived there at 5:30pm.. Once again the lights were off and the door locked - they had closed early again. This time I could see a person through the windows sitting inside behind the desk in the dark looking back at me so I went back to the door and tried knocking but they just sat there. I even tried pointing to the sign on the door that says they are open until 6:00pm but they just continued ignoring me. Unbelievable! They have already wasted over 2 hours of my time and gas money and I still don’t even have my package. Do Not Use this place.. and pray that your packages don’t end up here.

Friendly staff, easy parking. I use it to drop off prepackaged and labeled items and always get a receipt. They will package and address items, 8ncluding for the post office, including signed receipt.

No need to ever go to the post office. They are super convenient. Yes they are a little more expensive but it's worth it.
