Made an appointment specifically for ear mites with my German Shepherd because this is A repetitive problem. The doctor went to look in her ear and she cried so he didn’t even look inside. He then gave my wife medication and sent her home which she found odd because the appointment was made specifically for ear mites and in previous visits, they have treated her there and she asked you’re sending me home with a medication and they said yes and she said for ear mites they charged her nearly $300 and a week later she said this is not working and they said we didn’t treat you for ear mites. The diagnosis was an ear infection, which was absolutely not what we said or anything, but they did nothing to fix it. Looking for a new vet as it seems like money is the only thing that matters here

I have had problems withappointment scheduling for the past months but remainedloyal to you and liked your services. Sophia, my collie was going down hill quickly, she was 14 years old. I called on Two days before and the day of too get an appointment with no call back. On Friday night she was displaying conjestive heart failure all night and in the morning I got through to the office, the man who answered said he didn't have an appt to put her to sleep and Iwas not going to let her suffer any longer. Ifound a vet that was able to get her in for euthanasia but charged me for an office visit because I wasn't a patient. Seems sad that not only could you get her in for the appt but that my own vet can't see her. Such a shame -she died on September 14th, 2024. Please use my words to be there for your patients.
This is such ashame.

Dedicated friendly caring staff is what you'll find if you visit Holiday Park Animal Hospital. We've been taking our animals there for years. Dr JJ, Nancy & staff are wonderful!

After waiting for 25 minutes the vet spent 90 seconds with us at most
I felt completely rushed. This was our first visit and most likely the last. The staff at the desk was very nice as well as the vet techs. The problem is the vet.
