It has been a few years since I shopped at H&M. WOW, it used to be cluttered with so many items squashed together, it was unappealing and difficult to find anything. Not any more. The layout of the store is aesthetically pleasing. The sales floor and dressing rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and seemed to be happy at their jobs. Great job H&M!!

Come into this store fairly often with my girlfriend. Usually has some pretty good deals.

I have horrible anxiety when I’m making purchases or returns alone, but this experience made me even more uncomfortable. I went in the store to make an even exchange (same pair of pants, just different sizes), but what I didn’t know was they processed it as a return then I had to buy the other pair. H&M is one of the many retailers that allows customers to use Klarna as a payment option. It was not working for me at first, and because of this, I was met with attitude from two staff members. I made another purchase shortly after and was met with the same thing. I’m unsure if I will return to this location due to the fact that I’m always made uneasy in the store.

Awful experience. Staff does what they want and doesn't listen to managers instructions. They portray attitudes right in front of children. We lost out on around $40 worth of school clothes for my daughter because staff would not adhere to managers instructions. I will never visit this location again.

Clothing racks get messy and disorganized and some of the pieces are hit or miss, but you can't complain too much for the price.
