Has no clue on how to communicate with pharmacy or doctors about billing. So they pin the blame on their end and I have to start raising my voice to get them to do what we pay them to do. Evil and Incompetent.

Absolutely a joke. 2 years to process claims and then not cover anything. Just a ridiculous scam from a multi-billion dollar corporation that clears $500 million a year. Thank you guys for taking care of everyday American people.

Nothing short of AMAZINGly worthless. Site provides NO information. Providers info looks like the site was just started; no information. Meds, even generics, not covered per the sites information. Just a complete donkey show.
