Guys, you work in the office is great, but pls do sth with booking system, third time I made reservation, came to the office on McKnight and in fact they were absent. To reach you by phone to confirm is also almost impossible, pls value other people's time.

Vehicle is great!Don’t expect much from service. That’s not an indictment on the staff. The place is meant for Uber rentals only and is setup for little to no customer interaction… No working phone number. Not even a handle on the front door ?

The customer service here is great if you do not mind being ignored. This is the worst I have ever experienced. Two weeks later I have still not talked to anyone. The only response I got is by text and now I am being ignored. Go to Enterprise. Call an Uber or Lyft. Do not bother here. They do not want your business. Do not say you were not warned.

Informed they do not handle insurance claims, in fact they only rent to Uber drivers. If you do call, it's a Florida area code but it is the correct location. I had to ask. When they answered, all they said was Can I help you? How about Thank you for calling (name of business)? Just saying.

Do not go here! My husband went in for his reservations and then texted me 10 minutes later saying "they are so unorganized here". I went in to find out what was up and there was no one at the counter. He explained that he called several times in the morning to the attendant and he said "we dont really answer the phones, that's what happens when only 3 people work here." HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! After many times of saying their system wasn't working, another guy comes over and says "this usually does the trick(WHILE KICKING THE MACHINE OVER & OVER). I told him we are cancelling the reservation and walked out. He followed us and said "we have a car if you still need it." I replied "no thank you, we will head over to enterprise."
Terrible customer service skills, pathetic establishment, lowest of all professionalism.
