There were no cars. At least seven people were waiting for cars and did not receive them when the office closed.

I spoke to Calvin over 3 weeks ago about my parking placker he said he returned it through the mail. I haven't received it as of yet after placing a forgotten item claim but at least he returned my email letting me know he found it.

This place is absolutely awful...so disappointing Will never rent there again the customer service is the worst if ever came across
