It's good. It's convenient because it's located in the airport terminal.

I flew into Pittsburgh, having forgot my phone at home, so you can imagine the state I was in, having no info with me. The manager helped me through the whole process and really went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.

I didn't know that you could easily choose a car at the airport, or that you could just pick any car among similar cars.
