I wanted to send an arrangement from out of state. As I'm unfamiliar with the area, so the delivery map on the website was not helpful. I called, as directed by the website, and was offered no help - just rudeness! It was a short phone call as he seemed very annoyed by my question. I tried to reach out to place an order by email and via the website to find out the info, but no one got back to me!! It felt like they were trying to get me to place an order and up charge additional delivery fees! Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Hens and Chicks transformed our venue and helped execute a vision that I was initially struggling to communicate. Hens and Chicks created gorgeous floral arrangements, structural elements (chuppah, hedge wall for name cards), and floral/greenery draping across different areas of the venue. The taste level, creativity, and professionalism of this team is unparalleled and the final look was in my opinion perfect.

I needed to order flowers for my best friend's birthday and this place nailed it! I hate the 1-800 flower type places that all have the same boring arrangements. I wanted something unique. I don't live in Pittsburgh so I website searched forever and found this place. I ordered the night before and they delivered next day. My friend wasn't home so they called her and text her to see where she wanted them left, she said the delivery guy was super nice. She was blown away when she saw them. Big and vibrant and beautiful. It was honestly so perfect. I'll be making a yearly order from this place for her birthday from now on.

although I did not purchase any of their services I stopped in to buy floral foam and they were so very very kind to gift it to me, and so for their gesture of kindness and generosity I would definitely give them five stars!

We created two vine walls with Hens and Chicks. They looked beautiful (over priced tho!). Only thing that was disappointing about Hens and Chicks was having to reach out multiple times about our order and not hearing back within more than two weeks and not having an in person consultation - which was slightly nerve wracking. However, both walls turned out beautiful and just what we were looking for. (ONLY FLOWER PLACE THAT WOULD DO AN ORDER LESS THAN 3000 FOR A WEDDING)

I loved working with hens and chicks. I met with Nathan and kind of gave him free reign and everything was so beautiful that I walked into my own wedding speechless. We also we able to donate the flowers to charity for an event that was happening the day after the wedding which was really nice.

I used this florist for my wedding. I was so impressed with no only the beautiful flowers but by how personable and professional Nathan is. He took my ideas and made them into something that I could have only dreamed of. The one detail that everyone remembers from my wedding is the flowers. For that, I can thank Hens and Chicks!! :)
