Sharing my amazing experience today at Helzburg Diamond store at south hills mall.
I came in to shorten my tennis bracelet and left with my dream diamond earrings. The sales were so good ? I had to get something and thanks to Alexis I found the perfect diamond earrings.
The lovely and knowledgeable Alexis helped me. She is an expert in everything jewelry and made my whole shopping experience fun. She was so patient and helpful showing me all different styles that I might like. Once I knew what I wanted she took her time explaining the lifetime care plan and how important it was. The offered me water and made me feel special which made the experience more memorable.
This was my first time purchasing diamond earrings and I’m thankful I had Alexis to help me make the best decision. Now I am going back so I can continue building my collection.Thank you to the team at Helzburg Diamonds! ?❤️

My wife had a chip on her baguettes diamond , the canton office blow us off ,they sent her diamond out for repair then six weeks later we pick it there and didn't repair it.So we went to pittsburgh pa. And Alexis was the manager at the pittsburgh pa. Office and her staff got the baguette replaced , and all the problems taken care of.Thanks for your professionalism.

Helzberg Diamonds went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect customized engagement ring! They allowed us to order several sets of diamonds until we were satisfied. They also gave us a couple unique ring boxes to choose from and gave us a great deal on the ring!

Alexis and Athena are awesome! They helped me and my husband with my old engagement ring that had lost its original diamond that I loved so much. They worked with us by educating us, being patient and all around just professional. & I got a new diamond for my ring! Which made me so grateful and appreciative. Literally was tearing up when we left. Definitely will be getting all my future jewelry from them!

we had such an amazing experience working with Chris, Lynette and Alexis on designing the most perfect engagement ring! they really listened to what we wanted and took the time to make it the best and most smooth/effortless experience as possible. you can tell how knowledgeable they all are and made us realize that we can have all that we would have hoped in a ring for such a great price! we went in looking for an engagement ring to symbolize forever and left with our forever ring and an amazing relationship with the three of them! we couldn’t say thank you enough to them! ?
