Cleaned out a storage unit for family and everything was covered with mildew. It had only been there a few weeks. Weeds are a foot tall in front of the unit. Whole unit filled with spiders. The items were secure, but needed gloves to touch stuff after it had been in the unit.Thankfully it was only furniture...clothing would have been ruined.

The staff running the facility is great. It's been a great renting experience and I definitely recommend them for storage use. The units aren't rent controlled, but we haven't had a problem.

I rented a unit here for about 2 years. I had a great experience with the manager and with the quality of the unit. I highly recommend Heintz Storage on Rochester Rd.
