They have the best selection of healthier pet products than any other pet store. I love the staff they are always kind and helpful. I only shop there now because I know my pets are getting the best quality food and treats.

We been going here since they opened. Forteen years? We have our cat on either Fromm or Lotus her entire life. And most Iof that time it's from here. Girly loves to have favorites every other week. So I go every once in a while and stock up on her fav of the month. I would buy 20 cans or so of what she likes. (I would empty the shelf lol) For the Lotus, Venison, the most expensivist one. Lol course. Then, halfway thru the cans, she would decide something else. The store would exchange it without hesitation and tell me this is normal. Lol it is a great place to get your pet food and items. They know you by name and what your pet likes. So a personal place. I like that.

They carry Fromm foods, great selection of treats and healthy chews, they have always answered questions or provided info regarding diet or skin issues (of course check w vet, but goats milk rescued puppy diarrhea too many times to count lol). I’ve been a regular since moving to this area.

4.5 stars. Healthy Pet Products store offers a wide variety of pet foods, treats, and supplies that most competing stores do not sell. During my visit, an employee politely greeted me at the entrance. Throughout the store, I saw many foods and toys that my dog and cats would enjoy. I thought that the prices were moderate to high but also appropriate given the quality of the products. Another employee promptly and politely rang up my purchase for a few dog treats. My dog had not previously eaten these brands and flavors of treats, but she enjoyed eating them. I do not expect to purchase all of my pets’ foods and supplies from this store, but I am happy to occasionally shop here for unique products.

Healthy Pet Products currently has four locations--three in the Pittsburgh area and one in Florida. The stores sell premium foods, treats, and supplies for dogs, cats, and small pets. I usually purchase pet products from national retailers such as Chewy, Petsmart, Amazon, and Target, but I felt interested in investigating the Healthy Pet Products store in the North Hills. When I entered the store, an employee immediately greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I looked around the store for many minutes. I found lots of unique products that I had not seen at other retailers. I saw many brands and types of foods and treats (e.g., bagged, canned, frozen, freeze-dried, raw, and grain-free) in many flavors (e.g., chicken, beef, duck, lamb, rabbit, turkey, and venison). I also saw many types of toys, health supplements, hygiene products, grooming supplies, leashes and collars, etcetera. I decided to buy three treats for my dog--turkey, beef and lamb, and bacon ice cream. A second employee immediately noticed me at the cash register, greeted me, accurately scanned my products and processed my payment, and thanked me. So far, I have given two of the treats to my dog, and she happily wagged her tail as she ate all of the treats. Tip: Check out the Healthy Pet Products website for sales and coupons.

This store used to be one of my favorite pet stores to go to but I could not get anyone to acknowledge that I needed their help yesterday and stood there next to the register for almost 30 minutes while they were all talking to one person so I just left!

I've known Healthy Pet Products from the start. Quality products, knowledgeable staff and a home town feel. The products and store are top notch as well as the owner, and staff who truly care about you and your pets!

Attention:The owner and the other woman who talk in the podcast about how great the bull of all the food are healthy for pets. That woman with brown /black hair and the owner have a change of the heart. They use to be so warming with love and helping customers. After the covid misinformation and other terrible stuff happening in America, they showed careless and lie about not able to help with customers need and suggestions for their pets. They're more of a cold hearted people. Sad .

We have been shopping here for about 8 years.They have an excellent selection of dog foods and snacks, as well as toys and miscellaneous items. The staff are always nice and friendly.
