Honestly terrible. They never have your stuff ready, even if you call in and stop by the next day. Even when they do have it, they don’t have all of it.

I have been a loyal customer of Lebanon Shops pharmacy for years, since I was a child and as an adult filling my own scripts. Sadly, service has declined. Recently on 3 different occasions I called in a script refill 5 + days early, come in to pick it up and I’m told it’s unavailable “due to manufacturer distribution issues”. Due to this happening multiple times, I leave my number and ask to be called if they are unable to fill the script. When I asked why I wasn’t called to let me know there were issues, I was told “well you could have called to check in and save yourself the drive”. This is absurd. Then today, I was instructed I could call other Pharmacies myself to see if they had it available, my first call to giant eagle pharmacy, they not only had it, but had three available options. I provide Lebanon shops number while in the store then left. I got to Giant Eagle pharmacy 45 minutes later, and they still had not even called or faxed my script over to them. This is a poor way to run your business and to treat a valued, long time customer. I’m sad about this, but I’ll be moving my business/ scripts to a new pharmacy who is capable to timely/ efficiently fill my scripts and communicate with me if issues arise.

Owners care about their customers and know them by name.

I only went there for my kitties meds. She has died, so right now I have no reason to go there anymore.

I can always trust the prescriptions I have filled there. Pharmacists are always helpful, kind and experts in their field. They coordinate all Rx with the different medical professionals and with the different manufacturers. I won't use any other pharmacy with my meds.

Outstanding pharmacy. Tom, Bill and Diane are so kind and attentive. Always go extra mile. They helped me determine the side effects of a medicine. They delivered and telephoned me to make sure I was ok. Outstanding pharmacy. You get the attention that you do not get at corporate stores. If I could gone the shop more than five stars, I would. Poor reviews on Yelp are clueless.

Gross and dirty, couldn't even sit down while I waited for my prescription because they have pee stains on the chairs...Employees seem kinda clueless, would rather go to rite aid up the street.

I have been coming here for since the 1990's and always had great experiences. Everyone is very helpful and all questions get answered. It's nice to support a local small business.

If I could give less stars, I would. The way I was spoken to by Dianne was disgusting. A few days ago I underwent vascular surgery, following the procedure I needed to wear compression stockings. I've never worn compressions stockings so all of this was quite new to me. The first time I visited they were quite helpful and the owner agreed to measure me to ensure I purchased the right ones. She seemed quite sure of herself even commenting that the bandaging provided by the doctor was not adequate and she would love to educate their patients more on the correct stockings. I was advised that they would not be refundable due to Covid, okay, she seemed quite sure so I accepted. They did not even REMOTELY fit properly when I tried them on to the point they were quite painful. I CALLED the store the next day and asked if it would at all possible to return as the measurements were completely incorrect. I was told that they would accept the return. I really want to stress this point. In acknowledge she says they were non-refundable however I called and specifically confirmed that they could do this due to the improper measurements. At the store the employee even verified with the pharmacist (who I believe is the other owner, older bald pharmacist) that the return would be permitted. Again, they said yes. That is now 2-3 times I have verified that yes they would take them. Well a few days later I had a follow up appointment with the vascular surgeon who confirmed that the previous stockings were wholly improper. I needed to grab another pair so I headed back as up to this point there were no issues and I was very pleased. I requested assistance, the woman, Diane (the owner), who previously assisted came out and I could not believe how rude she was to me. She berated me for returning the stockings, as I guess she was off the day I returned them. I cannot recall the exact conversation as I was quite upset but she said she was very angry with me for having returned them because she couldn't resell them. She said she now lost out on $100, despite the item being $50. That I just had surgery and how would I feel to buy something that someone else wore etc. I tried to clarify that I did get it approved via the employee and who I believe is the owner, the pharmacist. She refused and continued to be rude. At that point I left. I cannot fathom how a business owner would be so rude to a customer who quite literally took every step possible to verify that an exception would be made. I verified both on the phone and in person. So according to Diane , the owner, who again improperly measured me, it is my fault that the staff were improperly trained on store policy and that the other owner isn't as up on her policies either. It was $50, not a big deal. If they would have said no I would have cut my losses and moved on but to take it out on me for your lack of training was improper. I will not be back, do NOT recommend!

The staff are all very nice and store is well stocked. My issue is that they are choosing to price gouging with proven and longstanding medications. Rx was priced there at $1000+ while I ordered from mail pharmacy for $68 dollars. Such a huge difference felt it was necessary for review.

Incredibly disorganized. Several new staff milling around without much clue. (I know that staff shortages are a big deal now, but still). The pharmacist himself was nice, but really overall just an air of confusion. I had been sent here by my dermatologist especially due to the items I needed. I had to go back due to a screw up, and then they had no idea of the extra items. Grr. And, absolutely no masks in a health car facility - you know, a pharmacy, where sick people go? Also watch out for the the wacky alternative medicine stuff. Whilst I'd like to support local business, there's a reason I go to CVS (apart from being closer) - and no, it's not the mile-long receipts.

We rented a wheelchair from them for my father who was visiting for the weekend. Very good customer service! I recommend calling a few days ahead to reserve it.
